Soteriology

Soteriology is the study of the doctrine of salvation. Soteriology discusses how Christ's death secures the salvation of those who believe. It helps us to understand the doctrines of redemption, justification, sanctification, propitiation, and the substitutionary atonement.

During this portion of the program, the teacher will instruct the disciple to complete the reading and writing assignments found in The Truth About Man by Paul David Washer. The teacher will also recommend the reading of The Sovereignty of God by A.W. Pink to enhance the disciple's understanding of this focus area.

  • The Potter's Freedom by James R. White
